Operator

The hosted Vivia service is operated by the Vivia team ("Vivia", "we"). A formal operating entity has not yet been established. The legal documents on this site are in effect for the beta period: they are the binding versions you accept when you use the service, and they describe how the service actually works today. When the operating entity is formed, they will be revised into final versions naming that entity and satisfying the statutory disclosure obligations that apply at its seat.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no ODR link is provided.
